National Congressional Art Competition Opportunity
High school students residing in Texas Congressional District 3 are invited to participate in the 2026 Congressional Art Competition, a nationwide visual arts contest recognizing outstanding student artists.
The winning artwork will earn a year-long display in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. Student submissions will be showcased locally at Blue House Too Gallery & Artspace prior to judging.
