I am incredibly excited to be a LoveJoy Leopard!

I have been a Texan for one whole year now and this will be my second year at Willow Springs. I was born and raised in Orange County California so small town living has definitely been an adjustment. I was fortunate enough to have most of my extended family move here along with my husband and I. Most of my time is spent at BBQs with my family, the dog park with my three fur babies, or at the sports fields cheering on my nephews and niece.

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be a teacher. I started as an early childhood teacher as soon as I graduated high school and never looked back. I received my Bachelors degree in Child and Adolescent studies from California State University, Fullerton in 2009. Shortly after, I attended Azusa Pacific University and acquired my Special Education Teaching Credential. My passion for teaching is something I greatly value and am eager to share with others. Teaching is not my profession; it is who I am. I have had the opportunity to teach students in both a self-contained classroom as well as a resource/inclusion setting. I have worked with children of all levels from kindergarten to eighth grade and I can't wait to see what adventures I have in store for me this year!
